some catholics believe in predestination, but others dont.
in fact, the catholicism says that god made men and gave them the freedom to decide, to choose.
"you are absolutely free, but you are responsible of your acts".
if you do something wrong, you'll have to pay for it because you'll commit a sin and god will be ofended by your conduct.
ok, it is clear till here, but...
what about if human being is not so free to decide?
what about if your body and your feelings make you so weak that make you fall in the sin over and over?
what about if you are conditioned at the end?
that is probably the reason why morrissey sings: "why did you give me so much desire when there's nowhere i can go to offload this desire?

*yeah, there's no place where you can go, you'll always be a sinner
